We had lived in our house for 24 years and although I didn’t want to sell I did want to move out the area to be near our children. I was so glad I found her, she guided us through a stressful time with utmost professionalism. We had one cash offer after 3 days which was a little low, then another buyer who offered over asking but then pulled out and a third buyer who bought it with no problems.
