She was patient and very helpful with ideas. I loved the fact she did not try to oversell us and only found homes in our budget and the location we wanted. She negotiated for us for several "extras" we wanted. As a matter of fact, one year later we had a slight problem with what was promised by the seller and she went to bat for us 100 emails later until the issue was rectified. When we were in the buying, selling process; I would often shoot her an email and she answered at ALL hours of the evening. She is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods, schools, shopping, etc. regarding the area you are looking at She is so pleasant to work with.
